A Typeface was designed with accompanying stencils, packaging, webscroll, and motion graphic. NOCTYX invokes a unique tone and conceptual direction by balancing proportion and rhythm to create a Neo-Futurism typeface. The inspiration behind the typeface was the rounded curves of retro 90s mecha. Users can use the stencil to start building the typeface from simple shapes, when combined can create a unique and complex type system.
